BITS´s first edition was held May 10-12, 2011 and it boasted 215 exhibitors, from 20 countries, and 10,751 visitors. Its Business Rounds alone generated US$ 12 million in business deals. Superseding every expectation, BITS is among the most important Latin-American events.
Among the more than 10 thousand visitors were CIOs, specialists, and important Brazilian and foreign players, which fully enjoyed the BITS Global Conferences’ presentations and seminars. Very important announcements were made, such as the Latintec, MI informática, Abyz and Sk Tecnologia merger.
The venue, like the trade fair´s format, was approved by the vast majority of exhibitors, since there was a very positive business atmosphere that was enjoyed by a very engrossed audience, of great decision-making power.
